Mikhail A. MacPherson, 35, of Gully Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, menacing 3rd and unlawful imprisonment 2nd following a complaint of a domestic incident on Gully road on August 17, 2018 at 12:32a.m.
MacPherson allegedly prevented the victim from using their cell phone to call for emergency assistance and then allegedly prevented the victim from leaving the residence.
He was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
Candido Candelaria III, 26, of E. State St., Albion, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction in 10 years, felony aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more/2 prior convictions, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following too closely and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in LeRoy on August 16, 2016.
Candelaria was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and held on $5,000 bail.
He is scheduled to re-appear in court on August 20, 2018 at 12:00p.m.
