PERRY POLICE REPORT/Rochester woman arrested during traffic stop

On August 25, 2018 around 4:30pm in the Village of Perry, Officer Spink performed a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.

During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, 44 year old Amy Parker, of  Rochester, New York, was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, twice for failure to answer a summons out of the Town of Volney, and four times for failure to answer a summons out of Fulton, New York.

Officer Spink placed Parker under arrest in the Village of Perry. She is charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and ticketed with speed in zone. Parker was released on appearance tickets and will appear in court on September 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in Perry Village Court.
