GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Woman kicks deputy during arrest

Rachel B. Solomon, 26, of Meadville Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and harassment 2nd after an incident on Meadville road on August 30, 2018.

Solomon allegedly damaged property of another person, resisted arrest and kicked a deputy while holding a child.

She was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and is being held on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond bail.

Solomon will re-appear in court on October 4, 2018 at 2:00p.m.

 

 

Brent P. Persia, 36, of  Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving to the left of pavement markings, speeding in a 55mph zone, and refusal to take a breath test following a traffic stop on Main road in the Town of Pembroke on September 1, 2018.

Persia was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and released on recognizance. He will appear in court again on October 4, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Andrea J. Preston, 28, of  Buffalo, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a complaint at Wal-Mart on September 2, 2018.

Preston was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Christine C. McBride, 24, of Kenmore Ave., Buffalo, is charged with petit larceny after a complaint at Wal-Mart on September 2, 2018.

McBride allegedly stole $366.45 worth of merchandise by concealing it in plastic bags and passing all points of purchase without paying.

McBride was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
