GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Two charged following larceny complaint at Walmart

Ian K. Leblanc Chatt, 33, of Hart St., Batavia, was arrested following a larceny complaint at Walmart on September 7, 2018 at about 2:00p.m..

Chatt allegedly walked past the point of sale with an 18 oz. can of Rain X from Walmart.

Chatt is charged with petit larceny and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

He is also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy 6th.

Also charged in the incident is Brandon J. March, 33, of S. Main St., Batavia.

March is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

March will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.

 

 

 

Matthew V. Pragel, 23, of Forest Hill Dr., Williamsville, is charged with DWAI/combined influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and moving from a lane unsafely after a single car motor vehicle accident on Bloomingdale road  on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on September 4, 2018.

Pragel allegedly moved from a lane unsafely and was operating a motor vehicle allegedly impaired by a combination of drugs. He was also in possession of marijuana.
