Jonathan E. Seiger, 56, of Stafford, was indicted and accused of the crime of bail jumping 2nd, a class E felony.
Seiger, having been released from custody or allowed to remain at liberty by order of the Genesee County Court located in the City of Batavia, either upon bail or upon his own recognizance, upon condition that he would appear personally in connection with a charge against him of committing a felony and failed to appear personally on the required date of October 12, 2017 or voluntarily within 30 days thereafter.
