Andrew M. Pridmore, 34, of Mechanic St., Elba, is charged with grand larceny 4th/credit card, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property/credit card after allegedly stealing a credit card belonging to his employer at 130 Cedar street in Batavia.
Pridmore is accused of withdrawing money from numerous ATM’s throughout Genesee County on two different days in July of 2018.
Pridmore was arraigned in City Court on September 12, 2018 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
He is scheduled to re-appear in court on September 26, 2018 and additional charges are pending in the towns of LeRoy and Pavilion.
Latiqua S. Jackson, 25, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with introducing dangerous contraband into a prison 1st and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd on September 10, 2018 as she was being processed at the Genesee County Jail.
Jackson knowingly entered the jail while in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on her person.
Jackson was arrested on September 13, 2018 and arraigned in City Court and then remanded to the jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.
She will re-appear in court on September 20, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
Ryan M. Norton, 44, of Bloomingdale Rd., Alabama, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on September 11, 2018 on Bloomingdale road.
Norton was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and held on $2,500 bail.
He will re-appear in court on October 4, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
