Marissa B. Royse, 28, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWAI/combined influence of drugs, following too closely, speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into an accident with injuries at 27 Walnut street on September 10, 2018.
Royse was allegedly driving while ability impaired by drugs and was issued multiple tickets. She was also found to be in possession of marijuana.
Royse was released and will appear in City Court for arraignment on October 17, 2018 at 9:00a.m.
D’Andre J. Cramer, 19, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 4th and petit larceny following an investigation into a burglary at Gam’s Simply Sweet and Savory at 29 City Centre on September 19, 2017.
Cramer was arraigned on September 11, 2018 and bail was set at $5,000.
Cramer is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on September 20, 2018.
Aaron M. Hatt, 22, homeless, of Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, criminal mischief 4th, criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful possession of marijuana after a domestic incident on Thomas avenue on September 14, 2018.
Hatt was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and was held on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond bail.
He will re-appear in City Court this morning.
Danny D. Williams, 29, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd after an investigation into an incident on Thorpe street on September 8, 2018.
Williams was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and was held on $20,000 cash or bond bail.
He will re-appear in court on September 20, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
Joseph Buckley, 57, no address provided, is charged with open container in a City Park after being found to allegedly have an open container of alcohol at Austin Park at 15 Jefferson avenue on September 12, 2018.
Buckley was arraigned in City Court and is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
He re-appeared in City Court on September 13, 2018.
Scott D. Larnder, 42, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on previous charges.
Larnder was arraigned by Judge Balbick and released on his own recognizance.
He re-appeared in court on September 14, 2018
