BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Franklin street man accused of having a knife at the probation office

Frank S. Bergholtz, 41, of Franklin St., Batavia, is charged with possession of a dangerous weapon after he was found to be in possession of knife while at the Genesee County Probation Office at 15 Main street on September 17, 2018.

Bergholtz was issued an appearance ticket and released.

 

 

Danny D. Williams, 29, no permanent address, Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating two orders of protection during a disturbance on Thorpe street on September 13, 2018.

Williams was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court today.

 

 

Zackary VD Seeley, 21, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he violated a Genesee County Family Court order of protection on North Lyon street on September 2, 2018.

Seeley was released on an appearance ticket.

 

 

Joshua D. Beardsley, 29, of Groveland Station, Groveland, NY. was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket issued on August 21, 2018.

He posted $250 police bail and will appear in City Court tomorrow morning.

 

 

Paul J. Doctor, 40, homeless, was arrested on an active warrant of arrest for failure to appear on a previous appearance ticket issued on August 5, 2018 after an incident on Clinton street in Batavia.

He was located in front of the Target Department store on September 17, 2018.

Doctor was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail.
