GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Man jailed after traffic stop in Pembroke

Charles K. Kairu, 37, of S. Valley Lane, Springfield, MO, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and unregistered motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Main road in Pembroke on September 22, 2018.

Kairu was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court by Judge Mileham and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond.

He is scheduled to re-appear in court on October 4, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Brenda Y. Colon-Cruz, 45, of Watson St., Batavia, is charged with felony DWAI/drugs/2 prior offenses in 10 years, holding more than one license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway following a complaint on Lake street road in the Town of LeRoy on September 13, 2018.

Colon-Cruz was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

She is due back in court on September 20, 2018.

 

 

Nicholas F. Kerwin, 18, of Rt. 77, North Java, is charged with criminal mischief and conspiracy 5th following a property damage complaint of damage to a motor vehicle on Molasses Hill road in Alexander on June 10, 2018.

Kerwin allegedly caused damage to a motor vehicle in excess of $250.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on October 9, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
