On September 17, 2018, State Police in Warsaw arrested Constance J. Thomas, 68, of Arcade for DWI.
Troopers responded to a one vehicle roll over accident with possible entrapment at the intersection of Route 98 and East Arcade Road in the Town of Arcade. After being removed from her vehicle, Thomas refused medical treatment. While she was being interviewed, Troopers detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Thomas.
Troopers administered field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested Thomas for DWI. She was taken to SP/ Warsaw for processing where her BAC was .23%. Thomas was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Arcade Court and was turned over to a sober third party.
On September 15, 2018, State Police in Warsaw arrested Kevin M. Fossum, 52, of Batavia, on DWAI/ Drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana charges.
During a traffic stop on Rt. 246 in the Village of Perry, Troopers detected an odor of marijuana coming from Fossum while being interviewed. Troopers administered field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested Fossum for DWAI/Drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was transported to State Police in Warsaw for processing and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Perry Court. He was turned over to a sober third party.
On September 18, 2018, State Police in Warsaw arrested Kelly K. O’Grady, 34 , of Wyoming, for petit larceny.
Troopers were enroute to a larceny complaint at Walmart in the Town of Warsaw where Asset Protection Associate Joeseph Flint advised Troopers he had watched O’Grady take multiple items and place them in her purse while attempting to leave Walmart. O’Grady admitted to Troopers she had taken the items and was placed under arrest. She was taken to State Police in Warsaw and processed without incident. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Warsaw Court.
