Jon T. Magliocco, 41, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with sex offender failure to report change after allegedly failing to register an internet account on April 12, 2017.
Magliocco is a registered level 3 sex offender and is required by law to register any change in internet accounts with the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services.
Magliocco was arraigned in City Court before Judge Balbick and is being held with no bail.
He will re-appear in court on November 1, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
Magliocco is currently an inmate of DOCCS and will remain in their custody.
Gary L. Williams, 26, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, and Matthew Reed, no age or address provided, were each charged with disorderly conduct/obscene language in public after allegedly repeatedly screaming obscenities, racial slurs and threats to harm/murder another person.
The incident occurred while outside in a public place in the presence of neighbors and a gathering of young children on Hutchins Place on October 2, 2018.
Williams and Reed continued screaming obscenities despite being warned to stop.
They will be arraigned in City Court on October 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Alicia K. Urban, 32, of Batavia, is charged with falsely reporting an incident after allegedly reporting a motor vehicle accident to a police officer that she alleged occurred at a particular location, time and under different circumstance than what actually occurred.
Urban was issued an appearance ticket and will be arraigned in City Court on October 9, 2018.
Ryan D. Shumway, 39, of Jackson St., Batavia, was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident at 104 Jackson street on October 2, 2018 at 2:10a.m.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 9, 2018.
Kevin W. Howard, 18, of Chili Ave., Chili, NY, is charged with failure to appear and turned himself in on October 2, 2018 for having an active bench warrant for failure to appear in court on July 26, 2018.
He was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
