On September 30, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Xavier Richardson, 27, of Murray, with assault 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
On September 30, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Theodore Bryan, 19, of Albion, with two counts petit larceny and unlawful possession marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the jail on $1,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court at a later date.
On October 1, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Justin Chaplin, 34, of Waterport, with two counts of burglary 3rd, grand larceny 3rd and petit larceny. He was arraigned by the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
On October 3, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Melanie Reisman, 25, of Lyndonville, with criminal possession of a weapon and DWI. She was issued an appearance ticket and scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On October 3, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Brianna Button, 22, of Albion, with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On October 3, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Melanie Reisman, 25 of Lyndonville, with criminal mischief 4th. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On October 3, 2018 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Brianna Button, 22, of Albion, with criminal mischief. She was issued an appearance icket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On October 7, 2018 at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Chelsea Signor, 28, of Hamlin, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
