On October 18, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th on Haley Merrill, 26, of Batavia. She was arraigned in County Court and held without bail.
On October 23, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Martin Kelley, 47, of Kendall, with criminal contempt 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Kendall Court and remanded to the Jail on $100 cash or $500 bond bail. He is scheduled to returned to the Town of Kendall Court at a later date.
On October 26, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged James Harrold, 49, of Lyndonville, with issuing a bad check. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On October 27, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Brian Beach, 47, of Albion, with criminal contempt 1st and petit larceny. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail and held without bail.
On October 31, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Anthony Gianni, 57, of Holley, with criminal mischief 4th and criminal trespass 3rd. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
