Christie L. Daniels, 22, of Council House Rd., Basom, is charged with DWI, speeding in excess of 55mph and unlicensed operation after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on December 2, 2018 at 1:59a.m.
After an investigation, it is alleged that Daniels was operating without a license and driving while intoxicated.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Frank L. Cortright, 60, of Rt. 77, Alabama, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly intentionally damaging property belonging to another person in the town of Pembroke on Pratt road on November 30, 2018 at 12:15p.m.
Cortright was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on December 11, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
Christopher Jai Shawn Middleton, 24, of Dumont Ave., Brooklyn, is charged with speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Sumner road in Darien on November 29, 2018 at 8:35a.m.
Middleton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Darien Court on December 11, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
