ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE/ BLOTTER REPORT

On November 18, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Anna Watts, 18, of Medina, with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On November 18, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged 17-year-old female, of Medina, with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On November 19, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Orlando Hernandez, 24, of Albion, with criminal contempt 1st. He was arraigned in the Town of Barre Court and remanded to the jail on $10,000 cash/$10,000 bond bail. Hernandez is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.

On November 24, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Mary Thompson, 70, of Albion, with burglary 3rd and petit larceny. She was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the jail on $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond bail. Thompson is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On November 25, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Amanda Cook, 41, of Medina, with DWI, 1st offense, and  driving with a BAC of .08% or more. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.

On November 28, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Police, charged Robert Deskins, 50, of Albion, with criminal possession of a weapon 2nd and menacing 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway Court and remanded to the jail on $2,500 cash/$10,000 bond bail. Deskins is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
