Officer Greg Smith arrested Casey Ingalls, 29, of Perry for failure to appear in Perry Village Court for a Petit Larceny Charge on December 5, 2018.
Perry Village Court issued a bench warrant for Ingalls arrest after he did not show up for his court date on December 4, 2018 for a petit larceny charge.
Ingalls was issued an appearance ticket at the request of Judge Miller ordering him to return to Perry Village Court on January 8, 2019 at 1p.m.
