A Springwater man was arrested after he was observed traveling the wrong way on Lake Street. Officer Greg Smith observed Ryan Parkinson, 21, driving the wrong way on the one way portion of Lake Street on December 10, 2018.
Parkinson was stopped and an investigation revealed that he had a suspended permit only driver’s license. Parkinson was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and unlicensed operation. He is due back in Perry Village Court at a later date.
On December 7, 2018 around 9:30p.m. on Lake Street, Officers conducted a routine traffic stop. Following that traffic stop it was discovered that 22 year old Jessica Kane of Castile, was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver license for failure to answer summons out the Town of Castile dated November 28, 2018.
Kane was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd.
She was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of January 8, 2018 at 1:00p.m. in Perry Village Court to answer the charge.
