GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pavilion man charged with stalking and harassment after contacting woman repeatedly

Steven W. Barnhardt, 27, of River Rd., Pavilion, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd and stalking 4th after repeatedly contacting a woman.

After meeting a week prior, Barnhardt allegedly continued to sent texts, Facebook messages and call a female after being advised to have no further contact.

Barnhardt was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on December 21, 2018 and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

An order of protection was issued by the court.

Damian M. Schoonmaker, 20, of Smith St., Rochester, is charged with trespass after allegedly driving around the property and race track of the Genesee County Fairgrounds without permission and causing ruts in the mud and grass.

He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Adam R. Stone, 47, of Read Rd., Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and operating without inspection certificates after a property damage accident on Slusser road in Pembroke on December 16, 2018.

Stone was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear at Pembroke Town Court on January 22, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
