On December 26, 2018 at 12:45 am, Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Clayton G. Henhawk, 27, of Carlton, NY for driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic violations.
Troopers stopped Henhawk on Roosevelt Highway in the town of Carlton for speeding. Henhawk was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Albion for processing.
Henhawk recorded a .15% BAC.
Henhawk was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Carlton court for January 2019.
