Timothy Watson, 24, of Dansville, NY, faces numerous charges after a domestic dispute in the village.
It is alleged that while dropping of some property to an acquaintance, Watson became upset when the acquaintance refused to talk to him. An argument then ensued and the homeowner told Watson to leave and he allegedly refused.
During this incident, the homeowner had two children in the residence who witnessed this. Watson turned himself in to police and was charged with 1 count of criminal trespass 2nd, 2 counts of harassment and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Watson was arraigned and released on recognizance and will appear in Perry Village Court at a later date. Orders of protection were issued for the acquaintance, the homeowner and the children.
