Corey M. Ingalls, 27, of Silver Springs, was arrested by State Police after a domestic incident on January 7, 2019.
Ingalls is charged with assault 3rd, with intent to cause physical injury, menacing 2nd with a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment 2nd, 2 counts of criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd/, a felony/previous conviction, after being arrested by State Police on January 22, 2019 in Silver Springs.
Ingalls, a convicted felon, is not allowed to possess weapons.
In 2016, Ingalls was convicted of criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a felony and was released on parole in February of 2017. His parole supervision expired in March of 2018.
Ingalls was indicted in November of 2018 on an attempted gang assault charge after a gang assault incident at the Village Park in Warsaw in September of 2018. Ingalls and several others were arrested in the incident where the six suspects allegedly attempted to beat a victim with crowbars and bats.
Ingalls is currently being held at the Wyoming County Jail on bail.
