- George F. Anderson, 38, of Myrtle Street LeRoy was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on January 29, 2019 and charged with one count of the A-misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged that Anderson failed to exercise reasonable diligence in maintaining control of a four year old child, failing to be aware that the child left the apartment for about 40 minutes and was found crying in the common area of the apartment with no shirt on. Anderson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in LeRoy Town Court at a later date.
- Craig L. Fien Jr., 46, of Mill Street, rear apartment, LeRoy, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on January 29, 2019 and charged with one count each of the E-felony of criminal possession of stolen property 4th and the A-misdemeanor of conspiracy 5th. It is alleged that between September of 2018 and January of 2019, Fien did, with intent that conduct constituting the felony of criminal possession of stolen property 4th be performed, he agreed with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct. It is alleged that Fien did knowingly possess stolen property consisting of one pump shotgun color black, belonging to the victim, with intent to benefit herself and/or a person other than the owner thereof or to impede the recovery by an owner thereof as Fien allegedly refused to return the gun to the victim when the victim asked/then demanded he do so. Fien was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of the Genesee Justice.
- Steven C. Kazmierczak, 34, of Gilbert Street, LeRoy, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on January 17, 2019 and charged with one count of the A-misdemeanor of criminal possession of a weapon 4th. It is alleged that during a Probation check of Kazmierczak’s residence, Kazmierczak was found unlawfully in possession of a shotgun due to a prior felony conviction. Kazmierczak was issued an appearance ticket and released to answer the charge in LeRoy Court at a later date.
