Mark B. Skeet, 65, of Batavia Oakfield Townline road, Batavia, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% following the report of a disturbance on State street on February 18, 2019.
Skeet was located and administered field sobriety tests which he failed according to police.
Skeet was issued uniform traffic tickets and released.
Skeet will appear in City Court on March 13, 2019.
Erica M. Raphael, 34, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court as she was attempting to visit an inmate at the NYS Correctional facility in Orleans County on February 18, 2019.
Raphael was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $300 bail.
She appeared again in court on February 19, 2019.
