Tonya L. Buzzell, 36, of Liberty St., Batavia, was located in Erie County and arrested on four warrants on March 13, 2019.
Buzzell was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and was arraigned in Genesee County Family Court and released on her own recognizance on a violation of the Family Court Act.
Buzzell was then arraigned in City Court and released on her own recognizance on a false personation charge.
She was remanded to the jail in lieu of $1500 bail on a criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th charge and $10,000 bail on a bail jumping 3rd charge.
Additional charged may be pending.
She will re-appear on April 24, 2019 in Batavia City Court.
Sharnice S. Gibson, 27, of Frank St., Medina, is charged with aggravated DWI, two counts of driving with a child passenger less than 16, DWI, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and loud exhaust after an erratic driving complaint on Alleghany road in Alabama on March 14, 2019.
Gibson was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and bail was set at $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail. She will appear in the Town of Alabama Court again on April 4, 2019 at 2:00p.m.
Jamie L. Ayala, 39, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th and petit larceny after allegedly stealing and preventing the return of a wallet containing three credit cards, money and other personal documents while at the Palm Island Indoor Water Park at 8250 Park road on February 28, 2019.
Leona J. Polk, 39, of West Main St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 4th, a class C felony after she allegedly sold a quantity of methadone to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions, June 17th and 18th, 2018.
Polk was arrested on March 8, 2019 after an investigation into the sale of a controlled substance in and around the Batavia area
Polk was arraigned in Genesee County Court, pleading not guilty with assistance from the Public Defender’s Office. Polk was released on recognizance. She has no criminal history.
