Iszon C. Richardson is facing a 13 count indictment after he allegedly
violated a complete stay away order of protection and
held the protected party at their residence and refused to allow them to leave. The incident occurred on Jackson street on December 17, 2018,
Officers responded and located Richardson hiding at the protected party’s residence.
Richardson was convicted of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony on Nov. 5, 2018 after violating a stay away order of protection and was awaiting sentencing in that incident when he allegedly committed the same crime again.
Richardson faces seven counts of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, for being in the presence of the victim on Dec. 17th.
Three counts of burglary 2nd, a class C felony, one count of attempted assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, one count of unlawful imprisonment, a class A misdemeanor, and one count of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor.
Richardson will appear in County court for arraignment on April 15, 2019 at 9:30a.m.
The Grand Jury also indicted Shane C. Anthony and Robert N. Pragle, accusing them of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property 3rd, a class D felony.
Between January 2, 2019 and January 3, 2019, Anthony and Pragle knowingly possessed stolen property with intent to benefit themselves or a person other than an owner thereof or to impede the recovery by an owner thereof and the value of the property exceeded $3,000.
Count two accuses Pragle of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor.
Between January 2, 2019 and January 3rd of 2019, Pragle allegedly knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance, crack cocaine in the Town of LeRoy.
