Following a traffic stop for speeding in a zone, Nichole A. Haberger, 33, of Leicester, NY, was arrested on Saturday April 13th for driving with a suspended license.
Haberger war processed roadside and issued citations for speeding, (45/30) as well as operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd.
She was released with a return court date of May 14, 2019 at 1:00PM.
