GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pavilion man charged in domestic incident

Brandon E. Matteson, 25, of Ellicott St. Rd., Pavilion, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd following a domestic incident on Ellicott street road in Pavilion of April 17, 2019.

Matteson was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail and $3,000 bond bail.

He will return to the Town of Pavilion Court on May 7, 2019 at 3:00p.m.

Elizabeth R. George, 28, of Council House Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely after an accident on Bloomingdale road on April 18, 2019 at 5:13a.m.

George allegedly operated a vehicle without the owners consent and was involved in a property damage accident. George also allegedly left the scene of the accident.

She was issued traffic tickets and was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on May 8, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Willis F. Miller Jr., 59, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing tools belonging to his former employer on Genesee street in Pembroke on December 5, 2018.

Miller Jr. was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 30, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
