The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department during the Zac Brown Concert at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on June 15, 2019:
Caleb J. Muhs, age 18, of Hoover Rd., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd and Resisting Arrest after allegedly pushing and shoving a Deputy and then physically resisting the arrest. Muhs was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.
The following were issued appearance tickets to appear June 25, 2019 at 3:00PM:
John S.A. Fichter, age 20, of Carrie Marie Ln., Hilton, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Erika C. Russell, age 21, of Thorndyke Rd., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Megan E. Motkowski, age 19, of Millford Xing, Penfield, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
David M. Odojewski, age 27, of Enola Ave., Kenmore, NY, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after allegedly fighting with Live Nation Security while being ejected from the concert.
Jonathan J. Curry, age 30, of Lehavre St., Cheektowaga, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Matthew R. Worley, age 19, of Route 64. Ionia, PA, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
A 17 year old, of Olde Post Rider Trail, Greece, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Britney L. Emmick, age 22, of 14th St., Troy, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
