The Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested William G. Schultz Sr., 45, of East Main St., Batavia, after a 6 month investigation into the possession , transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around Genesee County.
Schultz is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
Schultz was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant while at the Batavia Police Department on an unrelated matter.
Schultz allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.
He was arraigned this morning in Genesee County Court and held without bail.
Task Force members were assisted by the Batavia Police, Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
Gregory J. Savino, 36, of Oak Ln., Lockport, is charged with aggravated DWI and DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right and driving left of pavement markings.
Savino allegedly crossed the center line into oncoming traffic on Rt. 77, traveling south, in Alabama on July 4, 2019.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on July 24, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
Damien C. Clark, 18, of Lemoyne Ave., Syracuse, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly slapping a Darien Lake employee in the head while at Darien Lake on July 6, 2019.
Clark was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 23, 2019 at 4:00p.m.
