GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Webster man accused of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol

Rocco J. Mastrella, 29, of Regina Dr., of Webster, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs,, DWAI/drugs and alcohol, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, possession of a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to keep right, driving too slow, license restriction violation and open container after being stopped for vehicle and traffic violations on Clinton street road in Bergen on September 7, 2019.

During the stop alleged criminal indicators were observed.

Mastrella was allegedly under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs at the time of the stop. He also allegedly had marijuana on his person.

A quantity of cocaine was also allegedly located inside the vehicle as well as hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia.

Mastrella was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail. He will re-appear in court on October 16, 2019 at 3:00p.m.

Daina C. Buck, 32, of Telegraph Rd., Bliss, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic stop for erratic operation on Main road in Stafford on September 5, 2019.

Buck was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state.

Buck was transported to the jail where she was processed and released on appearance tickets.

She is set to appear in Stafford Town Court on September 17, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
