WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Buffalo woman charged after traffic stop

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lizzette Govenettio, 49, of Buffalo on September 15, 2019 following a traffic stop in the Hamlet of Varysburg.

Deputies on patrol observed Govenettio speeding at 67 mph in a 35 mph speed zone.

During the stop, it was discovered that Govenettio license was suspended for failing to pay a parking ticket. Govenettio was arrested for operating a suspended vehicle and issued citations for speeding and operation of a suspended vehicle.

Govenettio is to answer the charges on October 14, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Town of Sheldon Court.

James A. Dell, Sr., 55, of Warsaw, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw on September 16, 2019.

Dell was stopped after deputies observed him driving. Dell was previously known to have a suspended driver’s license.

Dell was arrested and issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Warsaw Court on October 14, 2019 to answer the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd.
