Linda P. Thomas, 64, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, after an investigation into the sale and possession of controlled substances in and around the City of Batavia.
Thomas allegedly sold a quantity of hydrocodone to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on one occasion and quantities of alprazolam on two other occasions.
Thomas was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Charles Zambito and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Task Force members were assisted by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
