On October 29, 2019, Rachel M. Dominesey, 32, of Arcade, was arrested at the Wyoming County Government Center in the Village of Warsaw following a complaint.
Dominesey was reported to be in the lobby of the Wyoming County Probation Department with an active warrant of arrest out of Erie County for failure to appear.
Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on location and took Dominesey into custody, and Dominesey was found to allegedly be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a crack pipe.
A further search of Dominesey’s vehicle in the parking lot found her to also allegedly be in unlawful possession of buprenorphine, amphetamine, and a glassine envelope.
Dominesey is charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and three counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd.
Dominesey was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $5,000.00 cash bail or bond. She was scheduled for further proceedings on November 4, 2019.
On October 23, 2019, at around 2:58a.m., Deputy Harding was patrolling westbound on West Buffalo Street in the Village of Warsaw, when he observed a vehicle traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed.
Deputy Harding initiated a vehicle and traffic enforcement stop on the vehicle near Perry Avenue. After making contact with the driver, Deputy Harding detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and initiated a roadside DWI investigation.
Following the roadside investigation, Jordan A. Manlove , 22, of Lancaster, PA, was arrested for DWAI/ drugs and transported to the Warsaw Police Department for a drug influence evaluation, conducted by NYS Certified DRE Officer Phillips of the Warsaw Police Department.
Manlove was found to allegedly be impaired by cannabis and unable to operate a motor vehicle safely.
Manlove is charged with speed in zone and DWAI/ drugs and was released with appearance tickets following processing. Manlove is scheduled to appear in the Warsaw Village Court at a later date.
On October 19, 2019, at around 2:42a.m., Deputy Harding was patrolling northeast on Route 19A in the Village of Castile, when he observed a vehicle make a wide left turn onto Route 19A and fail to signal.
While following the vehicle southwest on Route 19A, the operator failed to signal their turn onto Route 39 and swerved erratically in their lane. Deputy Harding initiated a vehicle and traffic enforcement stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Dennis A. Carstensen, 66, of Imperial Beach, CA.
Deputy Harding detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and initiated a roadside DWI investigation. Following the roadside investigation, Carstensen was arrested for DWAI/ drugs and was transported to the Arcade Police Department for a drug influence evaluation, conducted by NYS Certified DRE Officer Lococo of the Arcade Police Department.
It was determined that Carstensen was allegedly impaired by cannabis and a narcotic and could not operate a motor vehicle safely.
Carstensen is charged with failure to signal, moving from a lane unsafely, unlawful possession of marijuana, DWAI/drugs, and DWAI/ drugs combo.
The District Attorney’s Office was contacted for a bail recommendation and $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond was recommended.
Carstensen was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court in front of Justice Fusani and Carstensen was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Castile Court at a later date.
Ronald G. Warner II, 32, of Dansville was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 19A in the Town of Genesee Falls on October 28, 2019.
Warner was stopped for multiple violations of the vehicle and traffic law, and during the course of the roadside investigation, Warner was found to allegedly be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Warner failed field sobriety testing and was taken into custody.
He underwent a drug influence evaluation at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office by a Drug Recognition Expert who found Warner to allegedly be impaired by drugs and unable to operate a vehicle safely.
Warner is charged with DWAI/drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding in a zone, following too closely, and unsafe passing. Warner was released to a family member and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Genesee Falls Court on November 13, 2019.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and the Village of Arcade Police responded to the entrance of the Arcade Valley Estates for a possible domestic incident on October 23, 2019
Further investigation revealed that Michael R. Burdgick, 35, of East Aurora, was under the influence of a CNS Stimulant while driving a motor vehicle. Burdgick was arrested under vehicle and traffic law. He is charged with DWAI/drugs.
Burdgick was processed and released to a third party. He is to appear in the Town of Arcade Court at a later date.
Matthew J. Johnson, 53, of Sardinia NY, was arrested while at a residence on Route 362 in the Town of Eagle on October 18, 2019.
Law enforcement was called to the residence because Johnson was intoxicated and acting disorderly. Witnesses at the residence advised Johnson had been physically combative with one of the homeowners while inside the residence.
Johnson allegedly caused damage to the front door on the residence.
Johnson was arrested and charged with criminal mischief 4th for the damage sustained to the door.
Johnson was arraigned in Eagle Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance. He is to appear in Eagle Town Court on November 18, 2019 to answer to the charge.
