Amanda M. Webb, 30, of Maple St., Batavia, was arrested for criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd/physical contact after a traffic stop at 2 Bank street on November 3, 2019.
Webb allegedly violated a stay away order of protection by hitting the protected party.
When police tried to take Webb into custody, she allegedly physically resisted officers in front of her two children.
Webb was then also charged with resisting arrest and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child less than 17.
Webb was arraigned in City Court and held without bail at the Genesee County Jail. She re-appeared in Court on November 4, 2019.
Eric J. McGill, 36, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd after allegedly menacing a person with a baseball bat on Hutchins Place on November 5, 2019.
McGill was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick and bail was set at $2,500 cash or bond bail.
He returned to court on November 7, 2019.
Charles L. Stiles, 44, of Otis St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd and criminal mischief following a domestic dispute on Otis street on October 19, 2019.
Stiles was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail.
Lawrence A. Guy, 43, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with attempted assault 2nd and criminal mischief 4th following a domestic dispute on East Main street on November 11, 2019 at 1:17a.m.
Guy was arraigned in City Court and held without bail. He will re-appear in court on November 14, 2019 at 11:00a.m.
Joshua A. Aughenbaugh, 25, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and DWI following a traffic stop on Ross street on November 10, 2019 at 2:12a.m.
Aughenbaugh was released to a sober third party and will appear in City Court on November 19, 2019 at 1:30p.m.
Jacob M. Kosiorek, 26, of Harvester Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting investigation at 412 East Main street on November 6, 2019.
Kosiorek was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 12, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Rebecca S. Kepner, 36, of Bank St., Batavia, was arrested for failure to appear after an appearance ticket was served on November 9, 2019.
Kepner was arraigned in City Court and released on her own recognizance.
She is schedules to re-appear in court on November 12, 2019 at 12:30p.m.
Salvatore M. Tornabene, 27, of Montclair Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection while he was present at the residence of the protected party on November 11, 2019.
Tornabene was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court today at 1:30p.m.
Devon A. Wright, 18, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection complaint on November 5, 2019.
Wright was arraigned in City Court on November 10, 2019 and will appear in court again later today.
Devon P. Leach, 25, of Torrey Rd., Bethany, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd after a traffic stop on East Main street on November 6, 2019.
Leach was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court later today.
