On November 10, 2019 at approximately 2:00a.m., Andrew Stanton, 36, of Palmyra, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop that occurred on Lamont Road in the Town of Pike.
Stanton was stopped for failure to keep right and uninspected motor vehicle.
Stanton failed field sobriety testing and was found to be impaired by alcohol.
Stanton is charged with failure to keep right, uninspected motor vehicle, DWI, and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC .18% or more.
Stanton was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Pike Town Court at a later date.
On November 9, 2019, at approximately 1:00 a.m., following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Middlebury, Mercedes E. Rivera, 19, of Wyoming, NY, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, a violation of the NYS Penal Law, and speed in zone.
Rivera was released from the scene with appearance tickets and is scheduled to return to the Town of Middlebury Court at a later date.
