Timothy A. Zorn, 28, of Hall St., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault 3rd and unlawful imprisonment following a domestic incident on Hall street on November 21, 2019.
Zorn was arraigned in City Court and was released under supervision.
He will re-appear in court on December 4, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Justin P. Mcgirr, 37, of Ross St., Batavia and Jeremiah T. Jones, no age or address provided, were each charged with disorderly conduct/by way of fighting/violent behavior, after allegedly being observed in a physical fight by Batavia Police at 144 Ross street at 1:07p.m on November 23, 2019.
Both Jones and Mcgirr were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 3, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Katrina L. Drake, 29, of Locust St., Lockport, is charged with criminal mischief 4th following a domestic incident where Drake allegedly damaged property at a Maple street address on November 21, 2019.
Drake was arraigned in City Court and will appear again on December 5, 2019 at 10:00a.m.
Matthew J. Florian, 31, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on November 26, 2019. Florian was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 26, 2019 at 1:30p.m.
