GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/ Man involved in Liberty street stand off charged after violating order of protection from jail

Daniel J. Wolfe, 46, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection while housed at the Genesee County Jail.

Wolfe allegedly made two phone calls to a protected party in violation of a court order on November 25, 2019.

Wolfe was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Sean M. Crowe, 30, of Cook Rd., Bergen, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, previous conviction within 10 years, and uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop on S. Lake Avenue in Bergen on November 28, 2019.

Crowe will appear in Bergen Town Court on December 4, 2019 at 5:00p.m.

Susan M. Devault, 49, of N. Main St., Holley, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a carton of cigarettes on Bloomingdale road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservataion on November 17, 2019.

Devault allegedly passed all points of sale without paying.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on December 11, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
