GENESEE COUNTY/Summit street man indicted on menacing charge

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Jon N. Roblee, 44, of Summit St., Batavia, after a disturbance on Summit street in September of 2019.

Roblee is accused of menacing 2nd, a class E felony, after intentionally placing another person in fear of physical injury, serious physical injury or death by displaying a dangerous instrument, a metal pipe, on September 29, 2019.

In count 2, Roblee is accused of obstructing governmental administration 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly intentionally obstructing or impairing the administration of law or other governmental function or preventing or attempted to prevent a public servant from perofrming an official function by means of intimidation, physical force or interference or by means of any unlawful act.

Roblee was previously convicted of menacing 2nd on November 7, 2011 in City Court in Batavia. The conviction was within 10 years previous to the current alleged crime.
