Andrew N. Kubicki, 32, of Arcade, was arrested in the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office Lobby after he drove to the Wyoming County Jail to bond out an inmate on December 9, 2019.
Kubicki was found to have an active warrant of arrest out of the Village of Arcade on drug possession charges and was found to have operated his vehicle with a suspended license when he drove to the jail. Kubicki’s license had 6 total suspensions.
Kubicki is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Warsaw Court at a later date.
Kubicki was then turned over to the Arcade Police Department on the warrant.
On December 13, 2019, a deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on Route 19A in the Town of Gainesville.
While speaking with the operator of the vehicle, Steven Caito, 53, of Perry, the deputy observed alleged signs of impairment. A roadside DWI investigation was conducted which included the performance of standardized field sobriety testing.
Caito performed poorly and was subsequently arrested for DWI.
Caito did submit to a breath test at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and was subsequently charged with driving with a BAC of .08%, DWI and no/inadequate plate lamps.
Caito was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Gainesville Court on January 6, 2020.
On December 9, 2019, Jenna Holly, 35, of Belmont, NY, was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant at the Allegany County Jail. The warrant was issued in the Town of Bennington Court in September of 2019 for failure to appear on a previous DWI arrest.
Holly was transported to the Town of Bennington Court where she accepted a plea deal and pleaded guilty to DWAI/Alcohol and was released.
Holly was then transported back to the Allegany County Jail where she was held on unrelated charges.
Shawn M. Casler, 42, of Elmira, NY, was arrested in the City of Elmira on an active Family Court Warrant issued by Wyoming County Family Court.
Casler was transported to Warsaw Court by a Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputy for the purpose of arraignment. Casler was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $500.00 cash or $2,500.00 cash bond.
