Following the arrest, Tisdale was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances, along with drug paraphernalia.
He is charged with DWAI/drugs, a felony, DWAI/drugs combo, a felony, improper turn signal, inadequate brake lights, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree (3 counts), criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree (2 counts), and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Tisdale was processed and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in the Town of Castile Court on February 24, 2020.
