WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Arcade man charged with DWI after domestic incident

On February 9, 2020, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeffrey Baines, 66, of Arcade, for DWI.

The Sheriff’s Office had responded to a residence for a reported domestic incident. Prior to deputies arriving on scene, Baines fled the scene in his vehicle.

While investigating the domestic incident, a deputy observed Baines drive by in his vehicle. The deputy then got back into his patrol car and located the vehicle on a street inside the Arcade Valley Estates.

Baines was arrested and charged with DWI and driving with a .08% or more BAC level after providing a positive breath sample.

He will answer the charges at a later date.

Philip A. Mauer, 30, of Warsaw, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 246 at Sands Road in the Town of Perry on February 17, 2020.

Mauer was observed driving with a suspended and revoked driver’s license stemming from a DWAI Alcohol conviction.

Mauer is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, and unlicensed operator.

Mauer was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court on March 4, 2020.

On February 15, 2020, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested James A. Cox, 33, of Belfast, on a family court warrant.

Cox was wanted for failure to pay child support.

He was arraigned and held in the Wyoming County Jail on $500 bail.

Cox was scheduled to answer the charge today in Wyoming County Family Court.

Anthony M. Natalie, 31, of Warsaw, was arrested following a traffic stop on Adams Road in the Town of Warsaw on February 16, 2020.

Natalie was stopped for illegal window tint, and during the traffic stop Natalie was allegedly found to possess marijuana and concentrated cannabis.

Natalie was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, and illegal window tint.

He was processed at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and released with an appearance ticket to answer the charges on March 2, 2020 in Warsaw Town Court.
