Nateeka M. Gibson, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with robbery 3rd and harassment 2nd following an investigation into an incident that occurred on Washington avenue on February 15, 2020.
Gibson was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance on February 21, 2020. She will re-appear at a later date.
William T. Hughes, 63, of S. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st following a domestic incident that occurred on S. Spruce street on February 25, 2020.
Hughes allegedly violated an order of protection.
He was arraigned in City Court on February 26, 2020 and was held without bail. Hughes is due back in court on March 12, 2020.
A 17 year old juvenile is charged with harassment 2nd after she allegedly struck a Batavia Police officer during an incident on Central avenue on February 24, 2020.
The teen was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
She will appear in City Court on March 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.
