Ann M. Boyce, 43, of Woodrow Rd., Batavia, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI at 411 South Jackson, Jackson School, on March 5, 2020.

Luis J. Santiago, 31, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly violated an order of protection on March 8, 2020.
Santiago was processed and released. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 24, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
