Corey B. Rieser, 32, of Clarence, was arrested following a traffic stop on Wyoming Street in the Village of Warsaw March 11, 2020.
Rieser was stopped for speeding in a 30MPH speed zone, and was found to have a three year old child, an eight year old child, and mother of both children in his vehicle.
Rieser exhibited signs of drug impairment and performed poorly on roadside field sobriety testing. Rieser was taken into custody and taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert.
He was found to allegedly be impaired by drugs and unable to operate a vehicle safely. Rieser is charged as follows:

Rieser was released on an appearance ticket and scheduled to answer the charges in the Warsaw Village Court on March 23, 2020.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 36 year old man from Bennington following an investigation into a hit and run motor vehicle accident where damage was sustained to private property.
The driver of the vehicle was located at his residence on Getman Road in the Town of Bennington. Jason R. Darlak admitted to being the driver of the vehicle.
Darlak was arrested for DWI. He provided a breath sample while at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office which showed Darlak to have a BAC above .18%
Darlak is charged with aggravated DWI with a BAC over .18%, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC over.08%, DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and failure to maintain lane.
Darlak was released with appearance tickets and is to appear in Bennington Town Court on March 23, 2020 to answer to the charges.
