The Attica Faculty Association was joined by cafeteria workers, bus drivers, nurses, counselors and principals as they went on a 70 mile slow rolling parade in their vehicles throughout the Attica School District.
The group decorated their vehicles with messages for their students and to keep reading and stay “Attica Strong” during the school shut down.
The group thought this was a perfect way to spread some cheer during a difficult time with a lot of social distancing.
Many people lined the streets, waved and said hello, as the large caravan made its way through the spread out Attica School District, giving some hope to folks who have been staying home and inside.
