Chairman of the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Jerry L. Davis, reports:
As of earlier today, Friday, May 15, the Wyoming County Health Department reports seventy-five (75) lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents. That is an increase of one (1) from Thursday, May 14th.
Northwest (*Attica, Bennington, Orangeville, Sheldon) 26 positive cases, 24 recoveries.
Southwest (Arcade, Eagle, Java, Wethersfield) 12 positive cases, 12 recoveries
Southeast (Castile, Gainesville, Genesee Falls, Pike) 15 positive cases, 15 recoveries.
Northeast (Covington, Middlebury, Perry, Warsaw) 22 positive cases, 12 recoveries, 5 deaths.
TOTAL– 75 positive cases, 63 recoveries, 5 deaths
(*Two (2) of the cases reported in the Northwest Quadrant are attributed to the Attica Correctional Facility)

The DMV office continues to be closed to the public until further notice. We are processing mail, drop box transactions, and plate surrenders, as well as dealer work. Assistance by phone is available, please call 585-7868811, Weds – Fri, 9 AM – 1:00 PM or email dmv@wyomingco.net. (Please leave a callback number in the email) for any questions regarding your DMV transaction, we will assist you as much as possible
