Baltz was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on July 21, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Warren D. Post, 52, of Genesee St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and failure to keep right, following a traffic stop on Pearl street road in the Town of Batavia on May 24, 2020.
Post was released and issued traffic tickets. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
