Timothy M. Brady, 57, of Jerico Rd., Bergen, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st, DWI, refusal to take a breath test, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving through/around/under a railroad barrier, after deputies responded to the area of 7711 Townline road in Bergen on August 28, 2020 at 11:11p.m., for a report of a motor vehicle that had collided with a train.
When deputies arrived on scene, they found a motor vehicle completely engulfed in flames and the operator fled the scene on foot.
Brady was found a short time later not far from the scene.
He was released with appearance tickets and is due back in Bergen Town Court on October 8, 2020 at 5:00p.m.

On August 12, 2020, the Batavia Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 22 Hutchins Place after a narcotics investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.
As a result of the investigation, Desiree Hutchinson, 25, of Liberty St., Batavia is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, a class C felony, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
On August 28, 2020, Hutchinson was located by Det. Sgt. Lutey of the Batavia Police Department and arrested.
Hutchinson will be arraigned in front of Judge Rogers.
The City of Batavia Police Department, Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office also assisted in the investigation.

David Rivera, 30, of Buckus St., Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, after allegedly operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition on N. Lake avenue in Bergen on August 29, 2020 at 5:56a.m.
Rivera was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 7, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
