On August 28, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested John W. Tamol, 40, of Java Village, NY, for DWI.
During a traffic stop on Route 78, town of Sheldon, Tamol was allegedly exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
Tamol failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene.
Tamol was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.15% BAC.
Tamol was released with appearance tickets for Sheldon town court at a later date.
