Allissa P. Winder, 32, of N. Pembroke Rd., Pembroke, is charged with identity theft 1st, class B felony and grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, after she allegedly opened several credit cards in another person’s name without consent, and then made unauthorized charges on those credit cards.
The amount charged was over $3,000. The incident occurred on September 20, 2020.
Winder was arraigned before Judge Zambito and released on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to re-appear in Pembroke Town Court at a later date.
Brian T. Resch, 32, of Buffalo Rd., Bergen, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after allegedly entering a residence in Bergen without permission.
Resch was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 14, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
